• Electricity is by a £1 coin meter
• Bed linen and towels are supplied on request, at £10 per bed

• A non-returnable deposit of £100 per cottage per week is payable at the time of booking.
• The balance is payable 3 weeks before arrival.
• In the case of a booking being made within the 3 weeks the total amount will be payable upon booking.
• When booking short breaks the total amount is payable upon booking

• Prices are per week Saturday to Saturday.

• The cottage is available from 2pm on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 10am
  on the day of departure.
• The property should be left in a clean and decent condition. All breakages will be charged for.
• Only the number of guests stated shall be allowed to stay in any given property.
• No responsibility can be accepted for personal possessions in the properties and for cars parked outside the property.

• Sorry no pets.

In the event of the holiday being cancelled by you the following charges will apply:

• Deposits are non-refundable
• If we are able to re-let the cottage the balance will be returned in full
• We recommend that guests take out holiday insurance against this eventuality.
• In the event of the holiday being cancelled by us a full refund will be given.
